A trav\u00e9s de un mensaje difundido en sus redes sociales acompa\u00f1ado por un video, el legislador salte\u00f1o remarc\u00f3 la necesidad de impulsar un marco de resguardo integral que priorice la privacidad de ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, prevenga funciones adictivas y promueva espacios virtuales m\u00e1s seguros.<\/p>\n<p>En su pronunciamiento, Guzm\u00e1n enfatiz\u00f3 que el verdadero problema no radica en el uso de la tecnolog\u00eda en s\u00ed, sino en los dise\u00f1os y algoritmos desarrollados por las aplicaciones para captar de manera intensiva la atenci\u00f3n de los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes sin ning\u00fan tipo de l\u00edmite.
